Mourne and Bread Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Mourne and Bread! We're excited to get our delicious bread mixes to you. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices and procedures. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time:

We aim to process all orders within two business days. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to United Kingdom. If your location is not listed, please contact us at info@mourneandbread.co.uk to inquire about shipping possibilities.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are included in the purchse price.

Shipping Methods:

We use Royal Mail.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. You can find estimated delivery times at checkout. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays or weather conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.  

 

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@mourneandbread.co.uk. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the address.  

 

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, shipping delays can sometimes occur. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. International Shipping (If applicable):

For international orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for paying customs duties, taxes, and other import fees. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information about these fees.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
